Using it every day
How is it applied?
Once a day. Spray onto a clean scalp — slightly damp or dry — and massage for one to two minutes with your fingertips. Leave it in; there is nothing to rinse.
Is there a fragrance?
A soft botanical scent from natural essential oils. You will notice it as you apply; it is not designed to stay noticeable for long.
I have a sensitive scalp. What should I do first?
Try a patch test: spray a small amount on the inner wrist or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If you have a scalp condition, ask a dermatologist or another healthcare professional before you start.
Which ingredients does it contain?
Biotin, caffeine, castor oil, aminexil and He Shou Wu, in a water-based leave-in spray made without parabens. The full list is on the label.
Wet hair or dry?
A slightly damp scalp helps the mist spread; dry works as well.
Paying, shipping, returning
One bottle or three?
Count in months: one bottle is around 60 applications, about two months at one a day. The spray is identical in every quantity; ordering more just lowers the price per bottle.
Will I be billed again?
No. You pay for the bottles in your order and that is the end of it. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Where is my parcel?
Open Where is my parcel and enter your order number or e-mail address. The tracking link is also e-mailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
When does it leave the warehouse?
Within 1 business day of your order. Standard shipping in the US costs $4.95; the UK and German checkouts show their own shipping cost, and delivery times are listed in the Shipping Policy.
What are the return conditions?
E-mail us within 30 days of the delivery date to register a return. Unopened items in their original packaging are refunded at the purchase price after they reach us. You pay the return postage unless the item is defective, and the original shipping charge stays with you. The Return & Refund Policy has the full steps.
